    This will be a roundtable type of Human Resources Panel comprised of individuals from our membership.
    Topics of discussion will include:
     
    How do you decide what information you put into a job description?
    How do you decide where and how you will do your recruitment? locally, ads, etc
    What criteria do you use to decide which individuals you are going to interview?
    How do you determine which interview questions you will use?
    What interview question is your favorite question to ask?
    What criteria do you use to decide who the successful candidate will be?
    How do you make your job offer?
    Do you do reference checks?  If yes, what questions do you ask or is there a form that you use?  
    Have you found a way to get around the reference checks who aren't able to give information per company policy?
     
    Or any other HR related questions would be appropriate and encouraged.
